In keeping with my interest in vintage / mid century modern photography, I recently bought this on ebay:

It'll be awhile before I have pics to share, but I'm looking forward to blinding my subjects with some good old fashioned flash photography.
The average temps at the end of February here in Michigan range from 23 degrees for a low to 35 for a high.
Other than Thursday - leap day, which is just about spot on - all the rest look like refugees from mid-April.
I'm not complaining -
I've practiced outside more this winter than every other winter combined - but it has been bizarro weather.
Speaking of Leap Day, there's an archaic tradition that on February 29th ladies are allowed to propose to men.
That's sort of the Appalachian / Hillbilly version.)
As recently as 2010 there was a movie loosely based on this tradition:
